Yes Health is a fully CDC-recognized program that helps you to reduce your risk of diabetes by 58% and prevent chronic illness, like obesity and heart disease. Whether you’re at home, work or traveling, our coaches and community are right where you need them to motivate you to make small changes that add up to a healthier lifestyle.
For 16 weeks, you’ll practice healthier nutrition and fitness habits until they become second nature. After you’ve completed the core program, we’ll continue to support your health journey with Yes Health maintenance.
